no running tail lights 200 1991

So I just picked my car up from getting new tires on it. My wife was following me home. She said that I did not have any running tail lights on, only the license plate lights and when I put on brakes. I checked fuses, all good. The knob was turned to the proper switch. Where do I need to start. Like I said all turn signal and brakes work just not running lights. Thanks guys!
