Flame trap change 700 1987

Hello again

I removed the intake manifold to change the flame trap.
Since all parts were off I cleaned the throttle body and IAC valve.
Put all back in and the car started beautiful.
Only problem is idle will not go below 1100 RPM.
Have checked IAC valve and it does open with voltage center_one side closes center opposite side.
TPS I do hear a click when I move it from base also read continuity and lose it when I move the throttle do not get on the other wire at WOT.
If at this point I turn it off I feel like it wants to do some dieseling but very short.
If I start immediately I get 850 RPM but will not accelerate fast. After very sluggish accelerate it works very well.

When i decelerate this time I get 1100 RPM and fast response to throttle.

Suspected TB gasket so made a new one out of 0.80 mm material.

Cjhecked the bellows but does not look like it has holes in it will try to get a fairly cold light to put inside see if any shows.

Ideas will be greatly appreciated
