The AC guy says no leaks and pressure is OK but the control unit is bad. AS per FAQ I've re-flowed two old units with only limited success. (they work for a bit then quit) The Volvo guy says they use a work around and hook the thermostat directly to the fan switch but it takes a week to get in to see him.
Anyone know this work around while I have the dash apart to get me through a road trip to Tallahassee next week?
BTW the he says the down side is you have to disable the AC compressor for full heat by disconnecting the low pressure switch which I'll keep in mind during this record heat wave.
