Need to replace the clutch on my 78 242 DL. Anybody have any hints or tips? I'm a pretty good DIYer, but this is a little bigger than what I usually tackle. Considered taking it to a mechanic, but the lowest quote I got was $800.

It's four speed only, so no OD to deal with. Pretty sure it's the factory clutch (car only has ~150k miles) and I doubt the rear engine seal has ever been changed. Actually, it's the seal (seals?) I'm most concerned about. Any insight would be wicked appreciated.
