I've found Walker (weld-in) for $108. Magnaflow for about $220 (weld-in). Miller for significantly more.
The direct fit with flanges seem to be about $50 more. I'm replacing a weld-in replacement I was charged $90 for plus installation at a shop 5 1/2 years ago. Now totally kaput.

Art clued me in about header down pipe compatibility (to get my flange back), but then it would cost me more, and I can weld. Decisions, decisions... Just past 270k and has some rust issues. A stick shift wagon sure would be nice...But I've already gone through this one...
