fuel injector replacement 200 1989

getting code for bad injectors. is replaceing fuel injectors difficult? are special tools needed? or should I send this job to a qualified mechanic. also if it is something I can do, does anyone know where to get instructions on how to do this? Car running really bad, need to fix asap. Already installed air mass meter and tried running Techron through system. Thanks for any help.
