WHat's the deal? The connector at the selector switch is cheap, and the wires keep popping out making some speeds non-existent. Does anyone have a decent solution?

Glue?... Tape? Putting the old one back in? I don't remember liking the job of putting it in, in the first place. What's worked for anyone else?
