I am needing to get some new front seat belt receivers since these are worn out...

Are these universal with other vehicles? What I'm asking is will the receivers from say a Nissan or VW of the same era work or are the fasteners all different from vehicle to vehicle?

Or...does anyone have one or two they would part with that fit a 91 240?
