Who installed Ecodes on their 940? 900

I picked up a nice set of OEM Ecode Headlights (like new for $200 for both sides) for my wife's 945T, but didn't come with the turn signal assemblies:

According to the OEM parts list for the turn signal assembly (Turn signal housing-3518624, 2 light sockets/bulbs-1321672/1321673/965826/989762, 2 plugs-1362640, vent-3518614, and seal-1392607 for each side), they are $150 for each side.

Am I wrong about that? or does part 3518624 come with everything?

Does the aftermarket turn signal assemble come with all the parts or do I need to still buy the other parts?

What do I need to get them installed?
