FCP Groton header pipe questions 240 200

I'm doing a head gasket on my 89 240 and was thinking about replaceing the header down pipe only because the bracket to the tranny broke,it is rusty to no end and I can't separate it from the manifold without cutting it off.Has anyone bought this item and does it come with the right bracket to attach it to the side of the tranny? Anything else I should be aware of?TIA
