bw 35 transmission problem 140-160 1975

I just had the bw 35 rebuilt in my 75 164 and they are having a problem
with a squeal when under load. He (the mechanic) said everything worked
fine until he got on it, then there was a squeal. This happened the last
time it was rebuild by a different mechanic and if I remember it had to do
with different size clutch's between forward and reverse. Any suggestions
on what to look for? Thanks
