92 940 front bushing woes 900 1992

I replaced tie rod ends, ball joints, control arm bushings, and sway control bushings. The ball joints were a pain in the butt to get out, I ended up having to take whole control arm out to get them removed. Put everything back together and it was driving funny. Jerky wheel on bumps, erratic pulling, etc.

I dropped off it off at an alignment shop this morning. They said the caster/camber are WAY outbut there is no adjustment for those. Toe was slightly out. They advised taking it to the volvo house.

Ive got it home and been looking at it. When I use a tape measure from the ground to the fender of each wheel, there is a 1" difference (driver side is 22-1/2", and passanger is 21-1/2"). Ive checked all the connections, bolts, etc. Loosened everything and re-torqued. I still have this 1" difference.
!
Any ideas on what I could have done? Please save me from the Stealership!
