Question on selling cars 900 1995

Hi all,
I have not been here much lately, very busy at work and 89 740t running great. My question is I have 2 1995 960 Wagons that I have "been going to do something with" for 3 years with one and 2 years the other. Car A is a nice 140K claen car that I did not change the timing belt immediately after buying, one week later, wrecked engine. I bought another engine ( 97 w/67K miles) for $1500 and it has sat in the barn for 3 years. It is still free, but I do not have confidence in it. The head is usable though. The other car has 290K miles, but only 90 on engine, runs good, but seveal issues- paint clearcoat is gone in many places so many shades of green. Front end is bad- needs struts and ball joints, exhaust not great, have not really inspected, just noisy up front. I have realized i will probably not do anything with them, ever. so how should I offer them, a package with the spare engine. Each car individually and the engine individually. I have a bunch of spare new parts too.
I really would not like to scrap them, even though I have had many offers. I even put up a privacy fence so people would stop stopping by about them.
What is the collective wisdom?
BTW, not many Volvo heads here in West Michigan

Thanks,
Palmer
