Typical life of in-tank prepump in 2 pump Bosch system ? 900

In a separate post I asked about life of the main under-car Bosch pump. Replies indicated it was over 300K in many cases.

Now I wonder about the typical life of the in-tank prepump. My 1994 940 NA has 183K miles and both pumps are original. I am wondering if it would be a good idea to replace the in-tank prepump soon.
