I'm in Dana Point and the rear axle is starting to bang around (bushings all rotten and torn) on my '89 but I don't really have the space (currently living on a boat) or that funky press required to accomplish the task. My trusted shop in town doesn't have the tool either and Sweedish Mechanic wants like eight bills to do it.

I was wondering if anyone has experience with this/knows of a decent shop that that can swap in a fresh bushing set on the cheap (I'm a broke marketing intern). I'm willing to round up parts/help with the job or even just rent some lift space in a shop. Ideally, I'd like to throw some shocks/springs at it while it's apart too.

I'm not in a super hurry but I'm basically at the point of needing to start planning on how much this all is going to cost me.

Thanks in advance for any ideas/suggestions.
