89 740 blower motor 700

The blower motor is nothing like the one in my 91 240 volume-wise....is there a problem with it or is this normal for the 740's? Seems like on setting 4 in the 740 its about like setting 2 on a 240...thats how much lower it is.

No weird noises or anything but was just wondering if this is right?
