Got a 740 that had the tranny fluid contaminated with coolant when the radiator split. Replaced radiator, and water pump. Purged tranny, dropped and overhauled tranny, everything works fine. Only problem is going from neutral to first hits way to hard. Neutral to first is normal, all other shifts are correct and smooth. Any ideas? Is this likely valvle body? Or an accumulator?
