945 fuel pump disambiguation - which one??? 900 1995

1995 NA 945. The fuel pump failed about a year ago and the wife says fix it or call the junkyard. In looking for a replacement, Bosch, eeuro, ipd, and NAPA all show different models. The pump is in-tank and seems original.

Aside from pulling the pump (a project for this afternoon if it warms up a little), which, of the several online options actually fits and works in my wagon?

Any comments appreciated!
