Fuse Tap 200 1990

Hello,
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get power from the fuse box, on a 1990 volvo 240 dl? I am trying to hook up after market fog lights and need a fed from the fuse box for my relay. I have read about and seen fuse taps but don,t seem to be able to fins any that appear would fit a volvo.
