93 245 Break light warning light comming on when i :

1. depress any two automatic window buttons at the same time
2. have headlights lights, rear defrost and wipers on at the same time
3. at odd times break light warning light appears when i depress breaks
after 10 minutes warning light goes out. All bulbs are fine.

I just replaced the headlight relay on the front fender which was fried and didnt allow headlights to turn on. Should i be worried? anyone else have this problem?
