I can't quite recall--the position of the "jiggle pin" in installing a new thermostat; jiggle pin at highest top point or slighlty off from highest point? Seems to me it's supposed to be slightly off from highest point, like maybe 5 degrees?

'Interesting' my manual doesnt even mention that.
