a/c pulleys froze now no power steering HELP!!! 200 1987

I cant figure this out, my uncle gave me his brick i just put my 240 dl on the road first day driving i took it to work and everything was fine. my uncle was taking me to show me something and on the way it was over heating really fast i hurried up threw the heat on and she cooled down we got there shut the car off for 20 mins later we tried to leave but the belts were smoking off i hurried and shut the car off he was trying to run the power steering off a different pulley but my belt was too short and now i'm stuck and just want to drive it with out buying a new ac
