price trends for RWD bricks 900

All,
Been watching prices on bricks for a few weeks now on the various sites just like I have periodically since it was with a newspaper classified section. Has anybody else noticed that decent 240 prices seem to be trending up up up? While 740 prices have been pretty flat for years - maybe partly because it's getting harder to find good examples, I guess. But for me the emerging "sweet spot" for RWD seems to be in the mid 90's 940's. There's some amazing prices out there for what look like really decent cars in the 100-150k miles catagory. Maybe the word is not fully out there yet that these cars also have the legendary Volvo RWD bulletproof-ness. Anybody else noticed this?
