Your Volvo manual transmission? What lube do you use and for how many miles?

A simple poll for all owners of manual transmission-equipped Volvo automobiles.

I'm interested in the more modern transmissions used in Volvo autos from the M45/M46/M47 and onward where matetrs such as fluid spec and transmission design get more convoluted.

I'm curious as Volvo PN 1161645 is the fluid specified for these transmissions.

Please list:
- Your your model, miles, and transmission model?
- Transmission fluid in your Volvo automobile manual transmission?
- How many miles on the fluid?

Perhaps list benefits or detriments after changing transmission fluid?

I use Amzoil Super shift. (http://www.amsoil.com/storefront/art.aspx). Most use Redline MTL.
