Hi all

I have a 93 wagon 940 white "the frig" seldom drive the "dump car" brakes felt soft this week. Put snow tires on and saw both front discs do not look like they are shiny. Both sides is it possible the master cylinder is the culprit. How do I narrow down the problem, it seems to be common to both front sides.
