Water in the Oil Pan (240 Turbo) 200 1982

Greetings Everyone,

My 1982 240 Turbo has over 400,000 miles. I am detecting water in the bottom of the oil dip stick, which looks like chocolate milk. There is no trace of any oil in the radiator's reservoir. I would very much appreciate your thoughts and any tips you can provide. I need to understand if there would be any other reason for water getting into the oil pan besides a failed heat gasket. Thank you all!

Best Regards,
Habib
