High idle at start up for about 1-5 seconds normal? 200 1989

I have owned this car since the mid 90's and I don't remember having this before. New tps that clicks as soon as the throttle is moved. Iac is new as well. It doesn't matter if the engine is cold, warm or hot at start up, idles high for a few seconds then drops . I cleaned the throttle body then installed new tps. No driving issues. A month ago, the cps was replaced due to an intermittent no start condition. Just want to make sure I'm not ignoring something important.

Driven less than 10K miles in the last decade but daughter is turning 16 soon and will pass this on to her.
