Hey All

Well I was replacing the shifter bushings on my daughters 1993 244 auto. While doing this I noticed it shifted one notch while I was jerking things around.. I moved it back and kept working. So then I got back into the car and noticed that it will shift into reverse from park without depressing the button. It also does this with no key. Not good for a new teenage driver. I mean not worried about her because thus car will save her life. But this 1993 squiter with 161,000 miles is pretty much mint. Would be a shame if was destroyed. Want to be driving it for 20 more years. I have spent time searching in FAQ and Other posts and still don't know.
