Brake rotor and pad recommendations? 200 1992

So it’s time for another brake job on the Mrs. Brick 92 240 Wagon, mainly because I bought cheap rotors last time (stupid is….) and they shake the back end more than the Mrs. did back in her college years….anyways did some searching and it looks like both Brembo and Volvo rotors are made in ……yeah that’s right…China. Maybe that’s why Tasca can offer Volvo rotors F/R $36/30 (but the pads are $103?). Call me crazy but I’m thinking about using the ATE rotors (made in ?) with the PBR pads; F&R.
I’m not looking to drag race this thing, just want a decent brake system, not too much $ and not too much brake dust. PS I had planned on going Volvo OE, but somehow made in China stamped on a Volvo (or any) brake part gives me pause, kind of like Black Sabbath opening up for a Billy Graham revival.
Your thoughts? Thanks!
