95 940 wagon middle seat to 92 740? 700

I have a 95 940 and a 92 740, both wagons. My 92 740 is the better of the two vehicles, but I want to take bits out of the 940 that make it nice, such as the middle row seats. It has three three-point harnesses and I would love to put that bench in my 740. I've seen a few similar questions while searching, but no definitive answers.
