72 142E and 164 turnsignal/dimmer switch interchangability 140-160

I need a switch for my 1972 142. This year supposedly was the year Volvo upgraded their switches. I know there is 164s at a couple local picknpulls. I could be saved a trip if anyone knows if these cars share the same turnsignal/dimmer switch. Also if anyone has a switch known to fit my car, I would be interested. Thanks!
