940 stalled/no restart/regina car 900 1994

94-940 non turbo regina ignition
While driving home i stalled while at a traffic light.....no restart.....after towing home... i checked fuel pump relay....working,spark....yes(but maybe weak seemed orange...should be blue..right?)...checked fuel pressure..about 37psi and holding residual pressure...plugged in noid light to check injector pulse...got cold start signal then normal signal...checked plugs(bosch new a month ago)....checked timing marks(replaced tbelt last month)....checked compression...about 90psi down the line...(replaced head gasket last month)....swapped regina coil from my other volvo still the same.
Replaced old ignition wires,coil wire,cleaned plugs,upon initial crank....it will pop one time, like it wants to start..but does not,,,,just turns over...I AM CONFUSED..Someone please respond...(this is my WorkVehicle!!!!)

While trying to sleep it came to me.....could it possibly be the powerstage???
