Broken Lumbar Support (Merry Christmas/Solstice/Saturnalia/etc., I got you lower back pain) 900 1995

Recently, I climbed into my 1995 V940 (now at 260k), and was treated to a resounding "pop" and an odd discomfort in my lower back. Clearly, the lumbar adjustment busted.

Going without working support has led to discomfort while driving. Using a pillow in the seat is not working too well, either.

I checked the FAQ and it primarily references an IPD kit, which is NLA (no longer available). Depending on how the adjuster is broken, I might be able to try the other suggestions which involves adhesives and machined metal rods.

Does anyone know if Volvo or anyone else sells a repair kit these days? Barring that, does anyone know the Volvo Part number for the lumbar adjuster assembly?

Aside from the limited FAQ file, are there any other good options to repair this adjuster?
