Broken Wagon Tail Light bolt anchor problem.. 200 1989

So, long story short I have no tail lights. The black plastic housing on the inside is cracked and the whole assembly is garbage. Good thing is that I have 2 used, great condition assemblies from the same year wagon, I just so happened to save, before my old 245 was taken away.. Bad thing is that the bolt stuck into the assembly on the bottom of it has broken off. The top bolt is fine, perfect condition. The bottom bolt was so rusted, when taking it off, the plastic around it broke and left a hole. I saved the bolt, but im not sure its worth cleaning up and glueing back on. Does anyone have any fixes for this? Any similar problem with a soloution that's worked? Like drilling a hole through the assembly's broken area and using a zip tie? Anything like that? Worst case scenario is that I'd have to buy a new 80 dollar "scan tech" knock off assembly that might not even fit too awesomely. Would love any suggestions.
