Brand/vendor recommendations for steering rack? 200 1990

For those following my recent thread, you will know that I picked up a 90'240 wagon for a good price but it need a steering rack (and a second row seat) Does anyone have recommendations for where to buy? An Ebay vendor called 'car steering parts' has a really good price with no core, anyone ever dealt with them? Should I try the Pick n Pull route?
Anyone have a late model material blue cloth wagon middle seat? Thanks in advance, Greg
