Hello! I was wondering if someone knew where I could find what engine parts, specifically fuel injection parts, are compatible with the Volvo 240 from the 700/900 series? I went to PNP today and they just took a 1992 940 in the yard that was totaled this past week, but the engine was complete with only 102,000 on the clock. I was going to buy the fuel rail out of the 940 (50% off today and tomorrow), but was unsure if it would fit my 1986 Volvo 240. It looks the same, but I was unsure. Does anybody know where I could find a parts swap list (i.e. what part number ECUs will fit my LH 2.2, fuel injectors (turbo or non-turbo), fuel pumps, etc.)? This PNP is one of the smaller ones and has very little traffic in it (especially for Volvo owners) on the weekends. I would like to start gathering up good engine parts to keep for the future, but I am unsure what parts will carry over to my car. I know the LH 2.4 ECU won't, but is everything else in the fuel injection system virtually the same? Thanks.
