What should I look out for doing an engine swap 200 1988

I have bought a 1988 240 with a bad engine....I have a 1992 donor car. What pitfalls will I run into putting the 1992 engine into a 1988??? Any and all advice is welcomed!! BTW , I am using the existing wiring harness, FI system, and everything else I can from the 1988. All I will be swapping is the long block.
