940 Armrest Cupholder Repair 900 1994

Hello all,

I have a 1994 945 with the center console armrest/cupholder unit. The front cupholder slide-out is cracked and therefore unusable. The rear cupholder is in great shape. Has anyone had any success in removing the cupholder slide-out from the rear position and inserting it into the front? Any tips/suggestions?
