I'm getting a bit tired of replacing exhaust components every few years on my daily driver. Has anyone tried installing a "stock" stainless steel system? I'm not looking for a sporty or straight-through system, just the usual plumbing that won't rust away every few years.
Many moons ago I had a Volvo exhaust system that seemed to last a long time before needing to be replaced. I don't think that one was stainless. But all I see now are Starla/Walker pipes. What was different about those Volvo exhausts?
