Can anyone advise the best way to remove the upper bolt on the starter motor of a 1987 Volvo 245 GL? I was able to remove the 18mm bottom bolt even though there is some interference with the transmission dip tube. I was however, unable to access the top bolt.

Any advice will be apprecaited.
