Throttle Cable 200 1990

Hi,

The throttle cable on my 1990 240 keeps popping out of it's holder. Do I need a new one? Attached is a pic (I hope). I push the cable back on its holder, but it keeps coming off during accleration, etc.. It makes driving the car a bit unpredictable.
