How to ID a metric B20 120-130

Had a B20F head rebuilt (ported/new valves/harden valve seats/double springs). Need to rebuild get a bottom end rebuilt. A have a couple of B20 blocks laying around, one may be a metric one. A 8-bolt crank came with it, but was not installed, so it may or may not have for that engine.

Is there a way to check to see if it's a metric one or not?

Paul
