Hi All
I am in the middle of putting an overdrive transmission in my 71 142s. Everything has gone relatively well until I tried to install the original transmission support cross member which does not want to fit with the overdrive.
My question is "Is the cross member different with an overdrive? It looks close but I cannot see how it will fit without modification.
Thanks for any illumination.
