Old 740 Conversion to R134a Now Getting 1994 940 Compressor Pump, Oil? 700 1991 900 1994

The 740 compressor is leaking ester oil and refrigerant at the seals. I converted it to R134a back in 2003. I have a good compressor off a 1994 940 I want to install on the 740. Which oil should I put in the 740 system since it has remains, no doubt, of the original oil used with R12, ester oil from the R134a conversion, and also will have the remains of the 940 oil after the 940 pump is installed? Also, should the AC be flushed or what else should be done before drawing a vacuum and adding R134a replacement?
Thanks.
