4 Piston and 3 Piston Caliper 120-130

I currently have Volvo 122 3 piston calipers on my race car and I want to upgrade to the 4 piston calipers that came on the early p1800. My question is do they use the same bolt pattern as the standard 3 piston on the 122? Would it be a straight bolt on upgrade?
