How to remove the rear hat deck in a 880 700 1988

I want to do some work on the original stereo in my 88 Bertone, and I think I will need to remove the rear hat deck to get access to the rear amp wiring.

Does anyone have the 780 Body Greenbook, or can give me some pointers on how to remove the rear deck without destroying anything?

Also, if you have any tips on the best way to take apart the doors, that would be very helpful as well. Need to replace the front door speakers too.
