Fuel Gauge 200

So now my fuel gauge has stopped functioning. It was starting to be a little erratic, sometimes just dropping all the way down while driving and staying there for a while and then coming back up on its own. Now, nothing. Just sitting there more limp than a 3 day old salad.

What is the fix for this?
