Question on Hermetically sealed bolts 900 1992

Hermetically sealed bolts on my 960 straight six Engine intake side, cable/auxiliaries mounting, starter mounting bolt and engine mounting bolts on block. I am chasing an oil leak if these are not sealed right does that mean engine oil can escape through these threads on these bolts.? Do they enter the inside of the engine where the oil is.
