960 head installed, now won't start 900 1996

Finished installing head. Marked cams & gears, didn't move crank while disassembled, rechecked electrical connections. Fuel to rail, rechecked cam & crank marks. Recharging battery now & will try again tomorrow morning. Any ideas where to go from here?
