then resumes to normal as acceleration ceases. at idle, normal flow at any fan speed, even with rpm at 3500 in neutral normal air flow at all fan speeds.

i suspect its a vacuum issue in the box which directs air movement through the car and dashboard.

has anyone had this problem and solved it?

the car is a 94 egr 940 turbo
